Process

How every project
runs, start to finish.

No mystery. Exactly what happens from your first email to going live.

The six steps
01
Day 1

Submit an intake request

Fill in the contact form. Tell us about your business, what your site needs to do, examples you like. Write it like you would explain it to a friend.

Include: what you do, who your customers are, what pages you need, sites you like, and your budget range.
02
Within 1 business day

Review and response

Your brief is read and replied to within one business day. If it is a good fit, we confirm. If not, we say so directly and suggest alternatives where possible.

Honesty first: if budget does not match scope, we will tell you. It saves everyone time.
03
Within 2 business days of confirmation

Free homepage mockup

A homepage mockup showing the layout, structure, and visual direction of your site — delivered at no charge. You see exactly what you are getting before paying anything.

Love it, proceed. Not for you, walk away. Zero cost either way.
04
Project kickoff

Deposit and agreement

A simple project agreement covering scope, timeline, revisions, and payment. 50% deposit locks in your start date.

50% deposit before work begins. 50% on delivery. Bank transfer or Stripe. All in writing.
05
Design & build

Build and review

Full site built based on the approved direction. Work-in-progress updates at key milestones. All over email — documented, clear, easy to reference.

Revisions: 2 rounds (Starter) or 3 rounds (Business). Additions quoted separately.
06
Launch

Review, approve, go live

Once approved, final invoice sent. On receipt, credentials handed over, DNS pointed, site goes live. A 48-hour check-in follows.

You receive: full site files or CMS access, hosting credentials, Analytics access, handover document.
Why email only

All over email.
By design.

No calls, no Zoom. This produces better results for both parties — everything documented, no scope creep from verbal agreements.

Timelines

Clear timelines.
No guessing.
