Revio Studio (“Revio”, “we”, “us”) is a web design and digital services business based in Perth, Western Australia. We provide website design, development, homepage audits, and related digital services primarily to small businesses across Australia.
Revio Studio offers the following services:
All services are delivered digitally via email unless otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to decline any project request at our sole discretion.
A free homepage mockup is provided at no charge and with no obligation to proceed. The mockup remains the intellectual property of Revio Studio until a deposit is received. We may decline to provide a free mockup at our discretion. Requesting a free mockup does not create a binding agreement to proceed with a project.
All project quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. A quote is not a binding contract until a deposit has been received and a project agreement has been confirmed in writing via email. We will not commence work without written confirmation and a deposit.
Any work outside the agreed scope will be quoted separately and requires written approval before proceeding. We will never add to your invoice without your prior written approval.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By making a payment, you agree to Stripe’s terms of service in addition to ours. Invoices are issued by email. Payment is due within 7 days of invoice unless otherwise stated.
Website packages include revision rounds as specified in your project agreement:
Revision requests must be submitted as a single consolidated list per round. We are not obligated to action multiple separate revision requests as individual rounds. A revision round is defined as a single set of consolidated feedback responded to with a single set of changes.
Estimated delivery timelines are stated in good faith based on typical project complexity and our current workload. They are not guaranteed unless explicitly confirmed in writing as fixed deadlines.
Timelines begin from the date we receive: (a) your deposit, and (b) all required content, assets, and approvals from you. Delays caused by late client responses, missing content, or unclear feedback are not Revio Studio’s responsibility.
Projects where no client response has been received for more than 60 days may be closed at our discretion. Reactivating a closed project may incur a restart fee.

We accept no liability for any issues arising from inaccurate, incomplete, or unlawful content provided by you.
Upon receipt of final payment in full, you own the full rights to your completed website design, code, and all bespoke assets created specifically for your project.
Revio Studio retains the right to display the completed work in its portfolio, on its website, and in promotional materials unless you request otherwise in writing prior to project completion.
Third-party assets used in your project (web fonts, stock images, icons, libraries) are subject to their respective licences. Revio Studio will ensure all such assets used are appropriately licenced for your intended use. You are responsible for maintaining any required licences after delivery.
Until final payment is received, all work product remains the intellectual property of Revio Studio.
Homepage audit reports represent professional opinions based on conversion design principles and our proprietary analysis methodology. Audit findings and recommendations are specific to your page at the time of analysis. They constitute professional advice, not a guarantee of any business outcome.
Revio Studio is not liable for any revenue impact, business decisions, or outcomes arising from implementing or not implementing audit recommendations. Results will vary based on factors outside our control.
The Premium subscription ($49 AUD/month) provides ongoing access to unlimited audits, a visual site editor, monthly conversion reports, SEO health checks, and the ability to request minor site modifications directly from Revio. The subscription is billed monthly via Stripe and can be cancelled at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial-month refunds are issued.
Features included in the Premium subscription may change over time. We will provide reasonable notice of any material changes. Continued use of the subscription after notice constitutes acceptance of changes.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)), including your rights for services not rendered with due care and skill.
Under the Australian Consumer Law, our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have services remedied if they are not of acceptable quality. Nothing in these terms is intended to limit your statutory rights under Australian Consumer Law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Revio Studio’s total liability to you for any claim arising in connection with our services is limited to the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services, your website, or any delay in delivery, except where such limitation is prohibited by the Australian Consumer Law.
We treat all client business information, briefs, and project details as confidential. We will not disclose your business information to third parties except as required to deliver your services (e.g. sharing files with a hosting provider you have nominated) or as required by law.
We are not liable for any failure or delay in delivering services caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, illness, power outages, or third-party platform failures. We will notify you promptly and work to resume services as soon as reasonably practicable.
These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia. We encourage resolution of disputes by direct communication in the first instance.
