Terms & Conditions

1. Agreement

These Terms govern all web design, development, and SEO services provided by Revio Studio. By paying a deposit, you agree to these terms. All agreements are concluded in writing via email.

2. Project initiation

A project begins when a scope has been agreed via email, a 50% deposit invoice issued and paid, and a start date confirmed. The free mockup is exploratory and does not constitute a formal agreement.

3. Payment terms

• Deposit: 50% before work begins
• Final payment: 50% on completion before site goes live
• Late payment: 2% per month after 14 days

4. Cancellation

Work completed to date is payable at $90/hr if a project is cancelled mid-build. No deliverables transferred until all invoices are settled.

5. Scope and revisions

Scope defined in project confirmation email. Additions quoted and approved in writing. Revisions: 2 rounds (Starter), 3 rounds (Business).

6. Intellectual property

Upon receipt of full payment, you own the final deliverable. We retain portfolio rights unless requested otherwise in writing.

7. Governing law

Governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia.
